Tomasz Zakrzewski and Dariusz Babula founded DARTOM CONSTRUCTION LLC back in 2006. Since then DARTOM continues to grow steadily and has become one of New York City's finest general and finish contractor. We believe every successful professional relationship begins by defining a clear set of objectives. We listen to our Clients and strive to understand their needs.

Our approach demands that we assemble the many factors affecting the success of a project and organize the information in a manner so that our Clients and the Project Team have a transparent framework for making informed decisions. Modeling different scenarios and exploring solutions, creative and conventional, is indispensable to creating a common understanding of the available options and allows us the ability to confidently select the way a project will be approached.

We believe in being upfront about the complexities of a project, the actual anticipated cost and duration of a project. We see our role as sharing our experience and framing realistic expectations for all parties. In doing so, even with very limited information, we permit our Client to make decisions early in the process and avoid committing to a project that does not meet their objectives.
